Read The Blue Backpack's Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before signing. Your electronic signature confirms you have read, understood, and accepted all terms — including our cancellation policy, liability limitations, and binding arbitration provision.
Sign Travel Agreement →Provide your personal details, passport information, emergency contacts, dietary needs, and any medical conditions we should be aware of. This information allows us to prepare for your arrival and ensure your safety throughout the tour.
Complete Information Form →Switzerland 2026: $750 deposit · balance due September 1, 2026
Tokyo 2027: $1,388 deposit (25%) · balance due 120 days before departure
Your deposit is non-refundable and secures your spot. Payment plans are available — spread your balance over installments with no interest or fees. All payments must be completed by the final payment deadline.
Once we have received your signed Travel Agreement, completed Customer Information Form, and deposit payment, your reservation is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation within 1–2 business days.
Your reservation is not confirmed until all three items have been received: signed Travel Agreement, completed Customer Information Form, and deposit payment. Spots are limited to 6 women per tour and are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Please review our full Booking Terms and Conditions before proceeding.
